MOBILE, Ala. – October 12, 2007 – Five of the biggest names in Christian and gospel music – Michael W. Smith, Paul Baloche, Darlene Zschech, Don Moen, and Israel Houghton – are among the top worship leaders who will participate in Worship Summit 2007, the world’s largest worship conference to be held live via interactive satellite simulcast on Nov. 2-3, 2007.
More than 175 churches all over the United States and Canada will serve as hosts for the live satellite broadcast where the artists and other teachers will present training, panel discussions, practical demonstrations and live worship concerts. The event is presented by Integrity Music Group’s live events division and the satellite broadcast promoted by CCN TV (Church Communication Network).
In addition to the satellite broadcast, there will be a limited number of seats available to attend the live Worship Summit 2007 broadcast in person at Moody Church in Chicago.
The two-day event is designed for worship leaders and their teams to equip them in building strong worship teams and innovative worship environments at churches of every size and style. Worship Summit 2007 provides a unique opportunity for local church worship teams to worship together with other local worship groups and for all to be inspired, uplifted and encouraged by the most successful worship artists in the world.

Worship Summit 2007 will be broadcast live on Friday from 1 to 5 p.m. ET and on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET. The event will be re-broadcast via tape delay two hours later to accommodate the Mountain and Pacific Time zones.
